Russia – Visa on Arrival Kaliningrad Easy Visa
Citizens of Shengen countries, the United Kingdom and Japan can now receive a Russian visa upon arrival when visiting the Baltic enclave of Kaliningrad!
Maximum period of stay is 72 hours – but that’s enough to explore Kaliningrad and fall in love with this picturesque city! You do not require biometric fingerprinting to obtain this visa.
A visa to the Russian Federation is a document, permitting stay in Russia for a specific period of time.
A visa lists entry/exit dates, your personal information, passport details and some information about the inviting party.
Passengers need to provide the following to get this type of visa:
clear scanned passport copy; working address, name of the company, position, phone number; home address, phone number.
You must send it at least 10 working days before your arrival in Kaliningrad.
On arrival must have a 3×4 cm (1.18×1.57 inches) color photo.
You must arrive on weekdays during operating times 09:00–18:00.
You can get 72 hours visa only at 3 entry points:
1. Kaliningrad airport, if you arrive by plane
2. Russian-Poland border (Bagrationovsk) by bus
3. Russian-Poland border (Mamonovo) by bus or train
